  • Assistance in the preparation and negotiation of recovery plans, debt restructuring agreements, preventive and bankruptcy agreements, as well as in relation to extraordinary administration procedures. In particular, assessment of the company workforce in order to identify possible redundancies and consequent initiation, management and closure of the collective dismissal procedure pursuant to art. 4 and 24 of Law no. 223/1991.
